I just want you to know how impressed I was with your service when a new air conditioning condenser installed in our home. When I called that morning the gentlemen that answered the phone could not have been nicer. I was told that someone would be out to look at the unit between 11 and 2 that day. Imagine how surprised I was when he called at 9:15 to say that someone could be there in 5 minutes. The father and son that came were great. Upon identifying the problem he promptly got on the phone, found the unit we needed and told us it would be installed in a few hours.
