James C. (Jim) Huettenmoser, President

Jim Huettenmoser began his career in the early ‘70’s specializing in industrial fluid pumps and air compressors for a subsidiary of Worthington Pump Co. He continued his education in the diesel field, attending night classes at Engine City Tech. He later joined Conrail, worked on heavy locomotive overhaul projects, and subsequently became a troubleshooter for locomotives and track equipment in the Tri-State area. In 1983, he declined an offer to become a Managing Project Engineer, and entered the plumbing business as a technician. and quickly worked his way up to Manager. Jim completed a four year Apprentice Plumbing Training program at Union County Technical Institute and holds a New Jersey Master Plumbers License. When Mr. Stashluk retired in 1990, Jim and Mary (Stashluk) Huettenmoser purchased the business and have run it ever since. In 1995, they expanded the business further by purchasing Grub Brothers Plumbing in Harding Township. In addition, Jim is Vice President of Coastar, Inc., a property investment/management company whose president is Mary (Stashluk) Huettenmoser (see bio below).

Jim joined the Chatham Township Volunteer Fire Department in 1984, holding all officer positions up to Assistant Chief. He is currently an Associate Member of the Green Village Volunteer Fire Department.

Jim sits on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Heating & Cooling Council, and formerly served as its Vice Chairman.

In addition to professional and charitable work, Jim is a self-described “Gearhead” – he has a passion for anything with an engine! An avid fan of old-time muscle cars, hot rods, motorcycles and boats, Jim enjoys frequenting shows and ralleys.

Mary (Stashluk) Huettenmoser, Vice President

Mary holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mary was with Citibank and Merrill Lynch in NYC for many years in the investment research group prior to returning to the family business.

In addition to holding the position of Vice President at Stashluk, Inc., Mary is the President of Coastar, Inc., a property investment/management group, where she oversees commercial and residential acquisitions, leasing and property management. In addition, Mary also holds a Master Plumber’s License.

Above and beyond her financial and technical expertise, Mary is a pilot, and holds a single engine aviator’s license. Mary, Jim and their children are actively involved in a myriad of community activities and service programs throughout the area.
